North Maple Tree and Brush Removal

1. Remove all trees and bushes from around the property, by any safe means necessary. a. Trees and bushes are shown below (Figures 1-6), and clearly tagged with marking paint. 2. Grind all tree stumps, below ground level. a. Stumps to be ground to a minimum depth of ten Inches (10”) and a maximum depth of eighteen Inches (18”) below surface. 3. Clean up and remove all remanence of trees and bushes entirely. a. Including, but not limited to: Tree trunks, limbs, branches, twigs, dead branches that had previously fallen, brush, wood chips, etc. 4. Install fresh topsoil over ground-down tree stumps. 5. Install Hydro-seed, or fresh grass seed and straw in topsoil for complete ground restoration.
