Description

It is the intention of the City of Rochester to enter into contracts with competent and responsive contractors for plowing City of Rochester's residential roadway routes in the manner described herein for a full snowplow season. The snow plow season per terms of this contract starts on October 15 and runs through the following April 15, unless extended by the City.
