148th Avenue SE at Larsen Lake Flood Mitigation

The City of Bellevue Transportation Department (City) solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in civil, drainage, geotechnical, structural, and environmental engineering. Consultants will be considered for the 148th Ave SE at Larsen Lake Flood Mitigation project. The work to be performed by the Consultant consists of conducting site assessments, performing the hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, geotechnical and structural analyses, and developing the conceptual design plans and estimates for the preferred alternative. Solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in civil, drainage, geotechnical, structural, and environmental engineering for the proposed improvements on 148th Avenue SE between SE 8h Street and Main Street. The ultimate goal of this project is to substantially reduce the frequency of flooding of the only major north-south arterial in east Bellevue.
