Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, CMOP division of NCO-15, intends to award a Construction Contract for Project 764-21-101, Meds by Mail Expansion at VA CMOP Facility, 3209 Elam Farms Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37127. The NAICS Code for this project is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard is $39.5 million. Estimate of construction magnitude for this project is between $300,000.00 to $500,000.00. This project is being solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Proposals received IN response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-1, Best Value - Tradeoff source selection process. Per NOTE: The term offer and bid are interchangeable for this solicitation. SAM UEI Number: __________________________________ Those offerors not providing the documentation outline in the "Instructions to Offerors" will be rated unacceptable to the terms of the solicitation.
