Barn and Garage Demolition and Salvage

Two buildings will be demolished, salvage rights for the demolished buildings will belong to the selected service provider (PROVIDER), and unsalvageable materials will be properly disposed by the service provider. The two buildings to be demolished include, 2,484 square-foot barnbuilt ca. 1900, and 2) a 280 square-foot garage with stained wooden shiplap, with some areas of vertical wood board and some areas of plywood. Building photos are provided in Appendix A. These structures are located on parcel 508933, at 731 Stone Rd., Ellensburg Washington. The site is south of the city of Ellensburg. This project is scheduled to commence in Fall or Winter 2021. All tasks must be completed by February 28, 2022.
