| Description | S--GATE-CLEANING SERVICES FOR BLDG 210: contractor shall furnish and provide all necessary labor and cleaning equipment to clean and shampoo carpet, scrub, and sanitize ceramic tile, clean and polish vinyl flooring, wipe down and sanitize all painted surfaces, all duck work will be wiped down or vacuumed, windows and frames will be cleaned and sanitized, clean and sanitize all high touch surfaces (i.e. handrails, doorknobs/pulls, push plates, desktops, furniture and electronic equipment). All window treatments, windows, and doors shall be cleaned before vacuuming and shampooing of the carpets. |
