DCPS Middle School Exterior Stone Repair -The Project consists of the removal of the existing stone façade, installation of new EIFS, removal of internal gutters at the gyms and installation of new external gutters at the gyms. DESCRIPTION OF ALTERATIONS WORK A. Scope of demolition and removal work is shown on drawings. B. Scope of new construction work is shown on drawings. C. Plumbing: No work, existing to remain in operation. D. HVAC: No work, existing to remain in operation. E. Electrical Power and Lighting: No work, existing to remain in operation. F. Fire Suppression Sprinklers: No work, existing to remain in operation. G. Fire Alarm: No work, existing to remain in operation. H. Telephone: No work, existing to remain in operation. I. Security System: No work, existing to remain in operation. J. Site Utilities: No work, existing to remain in operation. K. Landscaping: No work, existing to remain in operation. Said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud following the time stated above. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
