Description

Contractor will provide installation services of a WaterSense certified weather-based Evapotranspiration (ET) controller or a soil moisture sensor (SMS) at single family home residences that are pre-qualified for the Tampa Bay Water Wise rebate. The device will be provided by the Contractor to the customer, and the cost of the device will be included in the Contractor’s bid. Contractor will select a WaterSense certified ET controller model from among these brands: Rainbird, Orbit, Rachio, Hunter or Toro. Soils Moisture Sensors (SMS) must be one of these four models: Toro PSS, Hunter Soil-Clik, Rainbird SMRTY or Baseline WaterTec S100.
