Amherst Wastewater Treatment Plant Sludge Thickening Improvements - GC

The work involves sludge thickening improvements that includes removal of an existing abandoned dissolved air flotation thickener (DAF), the installation of a new 3.0m gravity belt thickener (GBT), constructing new partition walls to enclose the GBT room, the replacement of an exterior window wall system with a new wall/window system, installation of a new concrete loading dock, and associated HVAC and electrical work. DCAMM qualifications in the General Construction category will be required. The estimated project cost is $3,100,000.00. The following trades will be filed sub bids due 6-15-2023 Masonry Work Metal Windows Glass & Glazing Painting Plumbing HVAC Electrical Work Addendum #1-#4 have been issued as of 6-26-2023.
