Reconstruction of approximately 1.5 miles of Stewart Avenue from 48th Avenue to 72nd Avenue. The project will be partially funded by the Urbanized Area STP-Urban Program and must comply with the current WisDOT Facilities Development Manual (FDM) for federally funded construction projects.
