Description

The scope of work includes: 1. General demolition work. 2. Provide all miscellaneous sheet metal repairs work for a water-proof enclosure. 3. Provide for the repairs and replacements of select metal ornamentations on the tower to match existing. 4. Repair the existing Lady Liberty statue on top of the dome. 5. Provide cleaning and painting of the tower exterior metal cladding. 6. Provide miscellaneous electric power and lighting systems work as required to accommodate the tower restoration work.
