Description Repair an existing restroom facility at the Mid-Carolina Regional Airport. General specifications are as follows: 1. Remove existing roofing material, strip with wood lath and install new metal roof similar to adjacent airplane hangars. 2. Remove existing vinyl siding, replace bottom 4' of sheathing with treated plywood sheathing, install blocking, rat guard and new metal siding similar to adjacent airplane hangars. 3. Remove and replace existing doors with commercial grade steel frames and door with automatic closures. 4. Remove and replace moldy sheetrock with moisture resistant wall board. 5. Cover all interior wall surfaces with Fiberglass Reinforced Paneling and install new rubber baseboard. Options to include: 1. Install new low flow toilets. 2. Install Heat Recovery Ventilation System. 3. Replace wall heaters.
