Public Services Facility - Fueling Facility Modifications

All Bids rejected by City The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows: Complete demolition of the existing fuel station including the underground fuel tank and the installation of a new Fuel Island Facility. This contractor well be responsibly to work with the city contractor for the DEF station that is already under contract and is located within the Island. The kinds of materials, estimated quantities, and work to be done for the project on which bids will be received are as shown on the bid proposal for said project. Work on said project shall commence within ten (10) days of the written notice to proceed and shall be completed by July 16, 2021. Liquidated damages in the amount of Five Hundred dollars ($500.00) per day will be assessed for each day that the work remains uncompleted after the end of the contract period.
