| Description | Obtain a service contract (base year with four option years) to test the water-based fire suppression System at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center per NFPA-25 semi-annually and annually. Scope of Work: • Semi-Annual and Annual inspections for Fire Suppression System per NFPA-25 • The following buildings must be tested: Main Building, Fisher House, Bed Tower, CLC, Building11, and 11 trailers per NFPA-25 • Annual Fire Pump Inspection/Flow Testing must be performed per NFPA-25 • Annual Fire Hydrant Inspections (10 hydrants) must be performed per NFPA-25 • 5-year Stand Pipe Flow Testing per NFPA-25 • Clean all sprinkler heads of dust and debris per NFPA-25 • Riser Main drain Testing per NFPA-25 |
