| Description | TERM BID CONTRACT FOR CURED IN PLACE PIPE (CIPP) LINING AND MANHOLE REHABILITATION 2022 The project includes Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining and Manhole Rehabilitation at various locations throughout the City per work orders issued by the City. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name, address, date and time of the bid opening, and the words "TERM BID CONTRACT FOR CURED IN PLACE PIPE (CIPP) LINING AND MANHOLE REHABILITATION 2022" written on the exterior of the sealed bid envelope. The project is funded by the City of Ocean Springs. The successful bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local requirements contained in the Contract Documents. Bids may be held by the City of Ocean Springs for the purpose of review for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening. The City of Ocean Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality. |
