Description

Scope of Work: To furnish all labour, equipment and material necessary to perform air conditioning chiller maintenance and repair including and not limited to water cooled chillers and auxiliary equipment and water cooling tower for Broward County Water and Wastewater Services Division in accordance with the Specifications and Requirements. Goal Participation: This solicitation includes participation goals for Broward County certified County Business Enterprises. Refer to Special Instructions and the Office of Economic and Small Business Development Requirements section for additional information. Basis of Award: The basis of award shall be to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Vendor by total of all Items. Refer to Special Instructions to Vendors for additional information. The Living Wage Ordinance applies to this solicitation and the resultant contract. Refer to Living Wage Ordinance Requirements section for additional information. Additional Offer Field: Line items include an offer field for "Percentage of Price Attributed to Labour Portion of Service". Vendor is instructed to provide the percentage of the price that is attributed to the labour portion of this service line. Bid Allowance Amounts: This solicitation includes pass-thru allowances. It is not necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. Periscope S2G will automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and will be reflected on the final bid tabulation. County/State License Requirements: In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Ownership Disclosure Requirements: As a matter of Vendor responsibility, Vendor must submit a completed Ownership Disclosure Form (refer to Special Instructions to Vendor for additional information). Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G. Submittals: Vendor MUST submit its solicitation response electronically and MUST confirm its submittal in order for the County to receive a valid response through Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government. Refer to the Purchasing Division website or contact Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government for submittal instructions. It is the Vendor's sole responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received through Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government for technical assistance
