Replace the existing control system with a new digital control system in conformance to these contract, all UIC control standards and prior experience with UIC best practices. The integration o the new digital controllers into the campus-wide Tridium BAS shall conform to UIC standards including the development by this contractor of the object naming definitions, graphic, displays, alarm definitions, history reporting, scheduling and other software applications. The new controls on the first AHU to be retrofitted will be reviewed for compliance to project requirements and approved by the UIC Project Manager before any other AHUS may be retrofitted. Provide submittals for the engineer's review for all control devices. Submit valve, damper, and air flow stations schedules that provide the missing information not shown on the design schedules and required to be field verified.
