| Description | The work will be funded by the Borough of Rocky Hill. The major construction items. Base Bid: 2 units remove and replace fire hydrants; 2 units 6" insertion valves; 1 unit remove and replace 6" gate valves; 3 units freeze and install 3/4 " curb boxes on existing water services and other incidental work thereto. The Borough of Rocky Hill Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid inuring to the benefit of the Borough of Rocky Hill. The Borough shall reserve the right to award the Base Bid or to reject all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law. a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, providing said check or bid bond |
