| Description | 1. Remove existing 3070 steel door and frame. 2. Remove roof flashing and roof cap sheet under threshold but do not cut or damage roof cap sheet. 3. Prepare door opening and install Cline 100BE 3070 ribbed aluminum door and frame with 12x12 Vision Lite (or approved equivalent) with multi-point exit device FE5400S (or approved equivalent) conforming to all current applicable local wind load codes. 4. Fit threshold and drill holes for anchors but do not attach threshold to floor. 5. Seal door per manufacturer’s specification (caulking and/or paint). 6. Verify performance and maintenance requirements with County Representative. |
