Description The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) Installation Contracting Office (ICO) is seeking sources that can provide Repair Fire Suppression & Ventilation, Fire Stations Buildings 5212 and 4026. Objective of this contract is to provide mechanical (HVAC) upgrades and replacing the existing kitchen exhaust hood, ductwork, and roof vents. This includes adding a new (1) Fan Coil Units with new supply and return ductwork including a zoned control package. Also adding a new electrical supply to meet the operational load requirements for this project at each fire station. Design drawings and calculations shall be reviewed by professionally licensed engineers. Certified firm to do the commissioning, air balancing, and testing that will ensure that the HVAC requirements of this contract are met. Contractor to perform Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) and commissioning of new system after work is completed to be in compliance with Federal Energy Management Program Standards.
