Re-Roofing of Main Pump House Roof and Pump Station #1, #10 and #16

This project includes, but is not limited to the replacement of Main Pump House (MPH) and Pump Station #1, #10 & #16 roofs. The MPH existing roof is a low slope roof with loose laid EPDM rubber & stone ballast. Pump Station #1 existing roof is a low slope roof with fully adhered EPDM rubber. Pump Station #10 existing roof is a low slope roof with fully adhered EPDM rubber. Pump Station #16 existing roof is a low slope roof with fully adhered EPDM rubber. The project requires asbestos abatement at Pump Station #1. Asbestos Containing Roof Materials (ACRM) are present at Pump Station #1 in the asphalt perimeter/curb flashings. Complete asbestos inspection report is included with the bid documents. The MPH roof requires new stone ballasted EPDM Rubber Roof System including tapered polyiso insulation and all necessary appurtenances. Pump Station #1, #10 & #16 roofs require new fully adhered EPDM Rubber Roof Systems including tapered polyiso insulation and all necessary appurtenances. - The MPH is approx. 4,001 sq. ft. (Located at the WWTP, 1000 Wilkes-Barre Street, Hanover Township, PA 18706) - Pump Station #1 is approx. 198 sq. ft. (Located on Wilkern Street, Exeter, PA 18643, between Big Top Rentals & river) - Pump Station #10 is approx. 744 sq. ft. (Located on North River Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702, just downriver of the Luzerne County Courthouse) - Pump Station #16 is approx. 198 sq. ft. (Located on an unnamed access road off River Street in the Honey Pot section Of Nanticoke, PA 18643, between the railroad tracks & river)
