Description Perform unplanned/on-call tree removal services, in accordance with the specifications herein, within the Richmond District within the counties of Amelia, Chesterfield and Powhatan. The work shall consist of tree removal (per the requirements in this Invitation For Bid) and removal and disposal of all generated debris. All stumps shall be cut flush to the ground or otherwise reduced to a level flush to the surrounding grade.
