| Description | . It is the intent of the program to target roof assembly repairs and roof assembly replacements for existing residential homes that meet eligibility criteria established in the Program document. The Program will be funded with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) dollars. Minimum Qualification Requirement: The Scoping Contractor shall be a roof contractor with the applicable State of Florida licensing (F.S. 489.105 & F.S. 489.117) or with a Broward County Roofing Competency License and registered with the State of Florida. Proof of licensing shall be included with the proposal submittal. The Scoping Contractor and its affiliates will be prohibited from participating in the bid solicitations for the selection of the Roof Contractor(s) for roof assembly repairs and roof assembly replacement |
