West Ocala Affordable Housing Development Project

The City, through the West Ocala Redevelopment Subarea, is seeking proposals from experienced home builders to construct single-family homes on the undeveloped lots in the West Ocala Community Redevelopment Subarea. The City intends to sell the lots and enter into agreements with the selected builders to construct affordable single-family homes for sale or lease. Due to the number of lots, the City may enter into agreements with more than one vendor.
