Description

DCAMM Certificate. This project is a partial floor use reconfiguration, converting Suite 812 from a data center into class "A" office space. This project includes removal and replacement of existing partitions with new demountable partitions; removal and replacement of existing finishes, including new carpet tile and a new ACT ceiling; removal of any existing data center equipment and systems; removal of 1 existing duct riser; new HVAC; removal and replacement of existing pre-action sprinkler system with new wet pipe sprinkler system; electrical and telecommunications upgrades.
