It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. Remodel of an adult foster care house: including... 1.) Remodel of existing rooms at main level. Including living room, office and kitchen. 2.) Remodel of unfinished basement for new living space. Including bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchen, living room, office and mechanical room. 3.) Exterior work to include regrading and new retaining walls for new egress window and new entry doors at basement level.
