Description | This project consists of the remodeling of one public restrooms. The work will include structural columns and foundations, new individual restroom walls, new plumbing fixtures and locations, lighting upgrades and finish upgrades including floor and wall tile, painting, restroom accessories, and new ceiling tile. Location- 17185 Valley View Rd Eden Prairie, MN 55346 Submit bids for all work as outlined on the bid form and in the project documents. The bids shall be made on the bid form accompanying the project specifications. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed, marked on the lower left-hand corner Sealed Bid Enclosed with the name and address of the bidder and the date and hour of the opening and addressed as follows: Project Name: Eden Prairie Schools High School Restroom Remodel - 2023 Owner Name: Independent School District 272 Owner Address: Administrative Services Center 8100 School Road Eden Prairie Minnesota Bid Date: Tuesday, May 16th, 2023 Bid Time: 2:00 PM Contractor: [Your Company Name and Address] BID SECURITY Each bidder must accompany his Proposal with a Cashiers Check, Bid Bond or Certified Check equal to 5% of the amount of the Proposal payable to the Owner as a guarantee of prompt execution of the Contract in accordance with the Proposal and Contract Documents, and that he will furnish bond acceptable to the Owner covering performance and payment of the Contract. BONDS The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. There is a $25.00 download fee. CDs and/or printed sets are available at the cost of the bidder. Note: Partial sets of printed documents may be obtained from ARC Document Solutions. Even if a partial set of documents is obtained, it is still the bidders responsibility to account for all work and coordination with all other trades as shown in all parts of the construction documents. Printer, Architect, or Owner will not be responsible for notifying individual parties who obtained documents when Addenda are issued. Issuance of Contract Documents does not constitute acceptance or approval of any Contractor or product. BID WAIVER Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The Independent School District 272, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids.
