2022 Roof Replacement

**As of April 21, 2022, this project has been awarded to DCG Roofing Solutions, Inc., in the amount of $450,987.39. The Project can generally be described as roof replacement program at various roof sections on the Police and Fire Station. The scope of the Project shall include all equipment, materials, labor, training, warranties and construction and/or installation services necessary to implement the contemplated construction of a modified bitumen roof system. Representative of Owner will be present to discuss the project. To access the electronic bid form, download the project documents and click the online bid-ding button at the top of the advertisement. Upon opening and examining the submitted Bid Proposals, the Village anticipates awarding the Contract for the Work on the Project to the Bidder (or Bidders as the case may be) determined to be the lowest responsible Bidder. The Village of Wheeling reserves the right to waive any irregularities, technicalities, informalities, and other nonmaterial variances contain in any Bid Proposal and to reject all Bids. The Village reserves the right to hold any received Bid Pro-posal for a period of ninety (90) days from the opening date set forth above.
