| Description | The City of San Jose is soliciting responses from qualified vendors for Graffiti Abatement Services. SALES TAX: Do not include sales tax in your solicitation response. The City will work with the selected vendor to establish the applicable tax for contract award. BASIS OF AWARD is Non-Price Determinative: This solicitation shall be awarded based on an evaluation of "best value" as per the evaluation criteria specified in the solicitation documents. LOCAL/SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PREFERENCE: The City's Local and Small Business Enterprise (LBE/SBE) Preference is applicable to this solicitation.
