To provide debris management services for the collection, processing, and environmentally approved disposal of debris, hazardous material and/or other obstacles, in full compliance with regulatory agency requirements and consistent with the most current Federal, State and local requirements for cost reimbursement for debris collection, management, removal and disposal, or if applicable, the most current Federal, State and Local requirements for costs reimbursement for debris collection, management, removal and disposal, which supports the Department’s mission at Rookery Bay
