Description

Scope of Work The Town of Carolina Beach currently uses contract land application of Class B liquid biosolids. The land application occurs on fields managed under the contractors’ permit, and the town no longer holds an active Land Application permit. The Town of Carolina Beach will consider contractors that propose to continue this method of removal, but will also consider other methods of removal that meet all NCDENR and USEPA requirements, laws, regulations, and guidelines. The selected contractor will be expected to begin biosolids removal no more than twenty-eight (28) days after receipt of a removal service request from the Town of Carolina Beach.
