2023 Sidewalk and Driveway Replacement Programs

This work will consist of removing and replacing concrete masonry sidewalks along with any necessary driveway approaches, also removed by the contractor, of the dimensions and design as indicated on Detail Sheet and placed in one course on the prepared subgrade or base, at the locations and to the required lines and grades, all as shown on the plans and provided by the contract. The city has two dump sites available at no charge in the city limits, one for the removed concrete at 310 Byrne street, and the base material at 332 Forest Ave. The materials must be separated for each site. The City of Antigo reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the opening date.
