Description

This Sources Sought does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Quotation (RFQ), and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response to this request. All information contained in this Sources Sought is preliminary and is subject to change if, and when, a solicitation is issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract. FEMA is seeking contractors under the relevant NAICS Codes 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction & 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors who do business in New Mexico that can provide estimates that the government will use for Market Research only. This requirement is for construction regarding New Mexico Hermit Peak Fire FM-5431-NM Incident. The building is located at 1712, St. Michael Drive Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505. The requirement is for the following project: Ceiling Specs: Space: Approx. 48,080 SQFT Rockfon Artic 2X4 Square Edge White Ceiling Tile # 601 Rockfon 1200 Seismic 15/16 Exposed Tee Grid System- White Electrical Specs: 1. Ninety-two (92) Quad Receptacles 2. Blanket Plates and wire nuts wherever necessary 3. Upgrade all panel directories 4. Five Hundred Nineteen (519) RAB STRP 440-840 40WATT Light Fixtures 5. Remove all 120 volt wiring and speaker wiring in the ceiling area 6. Submit for Electrical Permit and Inspections Location: 1712 St. Michael Drive Santa FE, New Mexico 87505 FEMA is requesting the following information be provided within the market research estimate, preference is for all items to be included but we will accept partial estimates: Total Costs of Ceiling Specs Total Costs of Electrical Specs Total Labor Costs for Ceiling project Total Labor Costs for Electrical project Total days to perform Ceiling project Total days to perform Electrical project Permit & Inspection Costs ODC if applicable NOTE: It is the intent of the government to issue a solicitation this month and the corresponding award will be to a vendor that must be registered with City of Santa FE and Licensed in New Mexico, prior to contract award. FEMA planned start date is around November 1, 2022. Suspense date for Questions submission is Tuesday, October 10, 2022, at 12 noon MT. Suspense date for this market research estimate is Friday, October 14, 2022, at 08:00 AM MT.
