215th Street Extension, Galway Lane and 220th Street Improvements

As of November 21, 2022, construction is underway. A timeline for completion has not been confirmed. construction of the 215th Street Extension, Galway Lane and 220th Street Improvements. The project involves roadway construction, storm sewer and watermain installation and grading. The majority of the work includes bituminous paving, utility installaton, traffic signal modifications, concrete curb and gutter installation and stormwater basin grading. The provisions of MN Statute 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
