Furnish all equipment, materials, goods, labor and services necessary for demolishing the structure located at 713 Loudon Ave. NW in accordance with the Scope of Work (Exhibit 2 of the Sample Contract) Furnish all equipment, materials, goods, labor and services necessary for demolishing the structure located at 3031 Melrose Ave NW (Garage Only) in accordance with the Scope of Work (Exhibit 2 of the Sample Contract) Furnish all equipment, materials, goods, labor and services necessary for demolishing the structure located at 1311 Church Ave. SE (Fire Debris) in accordance with the Scope of Work (Exhibit 2 of the Sample Contract) Furnish all equipment, materials, goods, labor and services necessary for demolishing the structure located at 1009 Rorer Ave SW (Fire Debris) in accordance with the Scope of Work (Exhibit 2 of the Sample Contract) Furnish all equipment, materials, goods, labor and services necessary for demolishing the structure located at 917 9th St SE (Fire Debris) in accordance with the Scope of Work (Exhibit 2 of the Sample Contract) A. All Work Must Be Completed Within Forty-five (45) Calendar Days of the Issuance of a Notice to Proceed by the City. B. Vendors Interested in Responding to This Request for Quote Are Encouraged to Travel To the Work Site and Examine the Area Prior to Submitting a Quote to the City. C. The City Reserves the Right to Add/delete Line Items as Deemed Necessary. D. The City Reserves the Right to Cancel or Reject This Request for Quote or Reject Any or All Quotes, to Waive Any Informalities in Any Quote and to Purchase Any Whole or Part Of the Items or Services Listed in the Request for Quote.
