| Description | Procurement and installation of one prefabricated metal building 40' by 50' --19' Eave height -- Eves and gables down to 12' clearance on all sides. --Wind loads shall conform to UFC 3-301-01, 2-4.6, IBC Section 1609.1.1 which specifies wind loads shall be determined IAW Chapters 26-30 of ASCE 7. Risk category of the facility is I. --Loads shall conform to UFC 3-301-01, 3-2, which specifies ASCE 7-16 Chapter 2 for Load Combinations, IBC section 1606 for Dead Loads, and Section 1607 for live loads. Minimum live load shall be 20psf IAW ASCE 7-10 Tb 4-1 and the Dead load shall be determined by the actual weight of materials. --The KTR shall submit structural and foundation design signed and sealed by a PE. |
