Description

The City seeks to update/replace the existing (indoor) digital sign board system at the Chilson Recreation Center, which currently has 6 digital sign board locations (3:42” and 3:32”) in enclosures, and all connected with the City network. Content includes date/time/weather as well as flyers/short videos (no sound) on flexible template design. Enclosures are to be re-used and not replaced. The City also seeks to add 3 new (minimum 42”) outdoor digital signs at the Barnes and Fairgrounds Park Softball Complexes, on block walls (not free standing). The outdoor locations do not have wifi/network connectivity, so will need an alternate option to deploy content (i.e. USB manually inserted to upload new content). In addition, the City seeks a minimum 42” outdoor digital sign for the Winona Outdoor Pool Concession Area. This outdoor location is connected to wifi and would be hung on a concrete block or wood wall. Content and template design must be able to be edited/added by multiple users from multiple computers. Integration with Vermont Systems RecTrac is preferred, for displaying schedule content for various spaces. New installations must not protrude more than 4” from side of building, per ADA complianc
