Description

Furnish and install American Tin Ceiling #3 Pattern Bright White Satin Snap Lock 2' X 2' panels to all areas of kitchen and adjacent three rooms, approximately 2,400 sq. ft. Fasten panels with high thread deck screws. Loosen or remove conduits, electrical boxes, ducts and all obstacles to install metal tiles and reinstall. Clean or replace vents and diffusers. Caulk all voids with matching color caulk. Trim with vinyl flat stock. All fire and security alarms to be removed and replaced by others. No night work or OT work figured. Cover items as needed and work around kitchen staff as needed.
