Replace/Repair Firedoors RAFB

SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor to do yearly test all fire doors in the reference buildings below. If any discrepancies or problems are found in the test contractor is responsible to submit a repair or replacement quote, after review/negotiation an approval from CE will be granted to contractor and will be able to start work to get the doors certified. All discrepancies, quotes must be submitted to Project Manager for consideration before proceeding. ABW buildings: 255, 1021 and 1555 (CLIN 001) this will include all fire doors in the buildings. Based on current information we gathered that we have around 11 doors in these buildings. If in any case any doors are added to the building this will be included via MOD in the contract. ALC buildings: 42, 50, 59, 91, 125, 142, 150, 180, 321, 323, 640, 670, 2316 and 2328 (CLIN 002) this will include all fire doors in the buildings. Based on current information we gathered that we have around 30 doors in these buildings. If in any case any doors are added to the building this will be included via MOD in the contract.

Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 28 -	Electronic Safety and Security, Fire Detection and Alarm.
