| Description | Hotel Motel Tax will provide for construction of a new parking lot. Construction of the MAPS 4 Oklahoma State Fairgrounds Coliseum will eliminate 350 parking spaces. These parking spaces are a necessary part of operations at Oklahoma State Fair Park. The construction of this parking lot will add 373 parking spaces. A critical part of the project design was overcoming drainage issues and how to control run-off, and the impact of construction on existing utilities. Access routes from the new parking area were analyzed to ensure public safety. |
