| Description | King George County, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia and a body politic, herein referred to as KGC, desires to obtain bids for complete replacement deconstruction, removal and reinstallation of the Athletic Lighting at the Middle School Softball/Baseball fields and the King George County Sealston Park fields and Barnesfield Park Fields to be in accordance with the applicable requirements of the 2018 International Building Code and local Codes. Questions: All questions must be submitted in writing directly to the King George County Procurement Manager at the address referenced above. Questions will be accepted until 1:00 PM, September 22, 2022. Questions may be sent by fax or email. The contract term shall be sixty (60) days from the date of Notice to Proceed to substantial completion. An additional fifteen (15) days following substantial completion will be allowed to achieve final completion. |
