2021 Birch St & Division St Reconstruction & Private LSL Replacement

PROJECT A – 2021 Birch Street & Division Street Reconstruction Utility Construction: • Approximately 2,200 lineal feet of ductile iron water main (8-inch) including valves, hydrants, leads and water services. • Approximately 1,750 lineal feet of (8-inch) PVC sanitary sewer including manholes and service laterals. • Approximately 1,300 lineal feet of HDPE storm sewer (12-inch to 18-inch) including inlets and manholes. Roadway and Other Associated Work: • Approximately 2,025 lineal feet of urban roadway reconstruction including new base course, HMA paving, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, and grading. • Tree removal, grubbing, excavation, turf restoration. PROJECT B – 2021 Birch Street & Division Street Private Lead Service Line Replacement Private Water Service Construction: • Approximately 1,700 lineal feet of copper water service (1-inch) including building penetrations and connections to existing meters.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
