FOB Destination shall be Ft. Benning, GA 31905 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: LIN001: RECREATION ROOM - 1 unit shall consist of the following (see LIN001 on ATTACHMENT 1 for details): o Item 1: Theater Chair o Item 2: High Table o Item 3: Pool Table Set o Item 4: Projector Screen and Projector o Item 5: High Stool o Item 6: L Shaped Sectional Couch o Item 7: Sectional Couch o Item 8: Coffee Table o Item 9: Entertainment Center o Item 10: Office Chair o Item 11: Long Computer Desk o Item 12: Modular Wall Partition o Item 13: High Chair o Item 14: TV o Item 15: Dart Board, 1, EA; LI 002: LIN002: STAFF DUTY OFFICE - 1 unit shall consist of the following (see LIN002 on ATTACHMENT 1 for details): o Item 1: L Shaped Desk o Item 2: Rug o Item 3: Coffee Table o Item 4: Leather Sectional Couch o Item 5: Modular Wall Partition, 1, EA; LI 003: LIN003: FLOOR COVERING PRODUCT DELIVERY AND INSTALL - 1 unit shall consist of the following (see LIN003 on ATTACHMENT 1 for details) o Floor will be cleaned and prepared for install of product o Product will adhere to specifications in SOW, 1, EA; LI 004: LIN004: DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION AT 3RD RANGER BATTALION FORT BENNING, GA 31905 - Vendor must ship, assemble, and install ALL ITEMS of BOTH LINS. - Vendor must coordinate for shipping company to deliver to [specified address] to include any on or off-loading equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.). - Installation MUST be in accordance with instructions in ATTACHMENT 1 (some items are bolted to the floor, some are mounted, hung, etc.) - Vendor must be willing to conduct site visit at Ft. Benning, Georgia to examine, inspect, and evaluate space and installation requirements for all items - All items within LIN001 and LIN 003 must be delivered simultaneously - All items within LIN002 must be delivered simultaneously - LIN001/LIN003 and LIN002 do not have to be delivered at the same time as each other - Designs meet US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) design and safety standards - Material supply and installation must complete within 60 days of awarded contract - Offeror must provide: o Pictures of each item so buyer can sign before purchase and delivery o Estimated timeline for delivery and installation from day of award o Images of previous past work, 1, EA;
