Demolition and Removal of Float Home 6400 Willow Grove Road

Traveling from 1-5 south, take exit 40 toward WA-5/Kelso/Long Beach/Longview. Turn right onto N Kelso Ave. Continue on N Pacific Ave. Turn right onto WA-4 W/Cowlitz Way. Turn right into WA-4 W. Turn left onto WA-432 E for 0.9 mile. Turn right onto Willow Grove Road and continue for 3.1 miles. Meeting location will be the Coweeman Pavilion at the Willow Grove Park. Travelling 1-5 north take exit 36 toward WA-432. Continue on WA-432/Industrial Way. Turn left onto Willow Grove Road, and continue for 3.1 miles. The project consists of, but is not limited to, providing all materials, labor, and equipment to demolish and remove existing building structures, docks, gangways, electrical wiring, plumbing, and debris within the project area. Utilities will be disconnected as needed, including decommissioning the septic system on the inland side of the road easement, as noted in project plans. Project also included testing for asbestos, and abating these contaminates as needed, as indicated in the contract plans. Pilings will be left in place. The project will also include disposal of removed structures and materials, and clean-up of the site at 6400 Willow Grove Road, Longview, WA. Thehe required substantial completion date is January 31, 2023. The project site is located at: 6400 Willow Grove Road, Longview, WA The site is only accessible by barge from Fisher Island Slough. No upland access or storage will be provided. The exception to this is the location of the septic tank which is on the north side of the Willow Grove Road easement, where coordination with the uplands landowner will be required.
