Construction Manager at Risk - Edgewood Middle School

The improvements at Edgewood Middle School may include HVAC replacement (ESSER funded), partial lighting and ceiling replacement, and renovation/addition of a new secure entry, with possible relocation of administration to be adjacent to entrance vestibule. The improvements at Wooster High School may include: (i) Gymnasium (HVAC replacement with added Smoke Protection - ESSER funded; replacement of bleachers with increased seating capacity; refinish and paint athletic wood floor; and replacement scoreboards); (ii) Concourse/area outside of gymnasium (demolition of trophy cases; paint walls; light fixture replacement from Natatorium entrance through student dining; selective signage replacement; gymnasium door and hardware replacement (frames to stay); and decorative light fixture replacement); (iii) Roofing (final area of roofing to be replaced, approximately 33,000 SF) (iv) Gault Recreation Center Alternate: New Air Conditioning (Possible ESSER Funding)
