Description

As of October 16, 2023, there are plans to re-bid this project in February 2024 with a possible construction start in the summer of 2024. An exact timeline for re-bidding has not been released. The Economic Development Alliance of St. Clair County will be accepting bids from General Contractors for the construction of a 12,988-square-foot two-story office building on a 1.7 acre parcel located on the St. Clair River on the south side of the downtown in Port Huron, Michigan. The building will serve as the location of a business incubator and also will be the headquarters of the Economic Development Alliance of St. Clair County. This is a Design/Bid/Build project, including selecting and managing all subcontractors, equipment purchases and installations, billing, permits and inspections.
