R--Lake - Pearce Ferry Vault Toilet Service

The purpose of this contract is for a contractor, with the appropriate credentials and Licensure to service, maintain and dispose of waste removed from the vault toilet at Pearce Ferry. The selected contractor will pump waste from the vault toilet on a weekly basis during the period of heavy seasonal use (March-October, 35 pumping events) informed by operations of rafting CUA’s (Commercial Use Authorization) permitted companies departing from Grand Canyon National Park (GRCA) and traveling to Lake Mead National Recreation Area (LAKE). In addition to this scheduled weekly pumping this service this contract will provide for five emergency call outs throughout the year where the selected contractor will respond onsite within 24 hours. Lastly this service contract will provide for on call, as needed pumping throughout the remainder of the year not included in the high use season where the response time will be at the convenience of the park service (4 pumping events, JAN, FEB, NOV, DEC)
