Fire Station No.1 Roof Replacement

Attached bidders should find the original roof drawings for reference. The Existing roof is shingles that were damaged by hail. The bid requires contractor to start work within 30-days of award. The project entails removing the old roof and associated components and installing a new one for approximately 11,700 Enclose at approximately 6:12 pitch. The new roof should be no less than a 30-yr warranty type. A bid security of 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid or proposal. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Burnet may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. All work bid will be totally completed within 40 calendar days.
