| Description | Construction of the Roberta Road and Cochran Road that are a part of the new Roberta Road Middle School Project. Work includes but is not limited to: Approximately 2,300 lineal feet of improvements along SR 1304 (Roberta Road), new signalized intersection @ SR 1307 (Blackwelder Road) and SR 1304 (Roberta Road, grading and erosion control, storm water, utility relocation, asphalt milling, curb and gutter, sidewalks, landscaping, and new asphalt work and associated striping. Additional improvements will be required on approximately 580 lineal feet of SR 1306 (Cochran Road) for the City of Concord and include minimal widening, curb and gutter, storm drainage, utility relocation, and sidewalks. |
