Description | Furnish all labor and materials and equipment necessary to complete the projects known as: 903 Factory Rd., Beavercreek, OH 2024 Paintersville New Jasper Rd., Jamestown, OH 3273 Eleazer Rd., Xenia, OH 3832 US Rt. 68 South, Xenia, OH 176 Xenia Town Sq., Xenia, OH aka Fulmer Grocery Store Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the Proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The Owner intends and requires that the demolition portion of the project be completed no later than April 15, 2023 with substantial completion of lot re-grading and seeding by May 01, 2023. Additionally, attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the Contract Documents and on the plans, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions including various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. There are no prevailing wages required on this project. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Board of Greene County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to enter into a contact with the bidder whom in their consideration offered the lowest and best proposal. |
